+ Remain active as much as possible; for good roleplays to happen you need to come on to play them!
+ Nobody is perfect - same rule applies for your character
+ There is no powerplaying or godmoding. You are NOT allowed to control any one else’s character.
+ Spam? No. This means no double posting or advertising (unless in the appropriate areas)
+ This is a literate site so posts must be detailed; We do however, understand writer's block, in which case we will ask that RP posts contain at least 5 sentences. Also check for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors.
+ Every member has their own opinion, personality and style of writing please treat them with respect. No racist, sexist or bullying comments will be tolerated. If any of these occur you shall be immediately banned from this Roleplay group.
+ The rating of this site is a '12'. Therefore minor swearing and sexual activity is allowed, but please appreciate that there are younger people who come on this site. Label topics which you know younger people may not want to see.
+ Please if you can have a picture of what your character looks like as your avatar, in your sig, or both. To prove you have read and understood these rules put The Painted Veil in your character application when prompted. Please go to the avatar claim thread in the Character Applications section to claim which celebrity is yours. This way, no one else will be able to have a character that looks exactly like yours.
+ No killing of any character [that includes oneself] unless it is cleared with an Admin.
+ Robin Hood, Harry Potter etc. characters are welcome just please don't go to overboard with them thanks.
+ You may have as many characters as you like, but you can't have characters that will interact a lot, and you must have made at least 20 posts with each of your already existing character. Please look after all characters that you have - which means remain active for each of them.
+ Rules can be changed or updated, so please remain up to date with them
+ Have fun, be creative and enjoy this Roleplay group.
